She thinks back...What did she remember before she left...?
"I...I think there was something about...Strange white crystals...Bursting out of a floating rock...And weak pulses of energy that seemed to want to erase anything in it's path...I guess in that panic...I went out of the Dream...I thought maybe...Copellia leaving the bubble and the strange event were connected somehow..."
She holds her head, trying to put things together.
"Once I got here...It felt as if something felt wrong...And now...A part of me had been ripped away..."

After a while of flying, Sponge and Raphael make it to the misty docks of Necropolis. Cojiro has managed to follow them by flapping his wings wildly.
"Well, we made it. Which way should we go now, Sponge?"
Meanwhile back at the school...
"He better not have, or else I'm gonna saw him in half next time I see him."
Theta notices a reply on the message board.
"they're safe! a poster said they escaped via some sorta dream dome and they're alright! the guy mentioned zwei summoned the kats though. wasn't she the one they were going against though?"

"fuck if I know, I've only been here once for my ex-mentor's trial. Town hall maybe? I don't know where that is though." Raphael tells Sponge.
The docks don't seem to have that many around here today.
"Well, now that we know they're safe, we should get back to turning the fountain on. They're probably gonna riot if it isn't on before they get back home." Hypnos reminds the group.
"...right. let's go, i know where it is."
Theta stops at the main office for a moment to sign out first and then the brothers make their way out of the school.
"city hall should be a couple blocks down that road." Theta points at a nondescript looking street and begins walking. Hypnos begins to follow behind.

Sponge attempts use his armor's GPS systems to generate a map of the city so he can tell which way to go.

 A map has been generated. It shows a blip over near the docks area.
meanwhile, Theta and Hypnos are almost on their way to the city hall. Hypnos checks to see if Medi is still following them. |

Sponge landed and started walking towards the City Hall listed on his map.

Over at the docks, the water bubbles, a hand bursting through, reaching for the dock. If there were any dock hands on hand, they should be helping right about now.
Moments later, several more hands burst out of the water.
This might be a bit much for them, though.

Raphael looks behind him and notices the fuckton of hands trying to claw their way onto dry land.
"Holy shit, this place is fucking metal."
While this is going on, a robed figure tosses out a rather sturdy rope secured to a mooring to the grabbing hands, taking care to keep away from their errant grasps.

Using the rope, one of the people reaching for the air manage to pull themselves above the water, gasping for air.
...That's Charles.
He turns to notice the other hands, and reaches for one, trying to pull them up as well, keeping a good grip on the rope while doing so... pulling up another Charles.
Welp, this place has certainly become hell, hasn't it.

It takes a moment for Raphael to recognize them, but soon enough he remembers.
Charles...
Why the fuck are there that many of him though? Did try to complete the land quest for the land of traps and spikes?
Raphael walks back over to Sponge, hoping none of the Charles noticed him.
"Did you figure out where the town hall is at? We should get moving pretty fucking soon."
