It takes a while for all seven Charles to make their way onto the land, but after that is all said and done...
FL1: ...okay where the fuck are we, and why do I have... six clones of myself?
FL2: Beats me. I'm just hoping that Cyndaquil and my other Pokemon are alright.
FL3: Pokemon? Are you serious?
FL2: What is that supposed to mean? I mean, sure, I've played the games, but after showing up there, they were real enough.
FL4: I /really/ hate childrens cardgames.
FL3: And this one had to deal with Yugioh it seems. So where did you show up? GX? Original? Cardgames on Motorbikes?
FL4: Actually, I had to deal with people using magical cardgames on a chessboard in the middle ages. I don't think that has happened.
FL1: Um, actually, that would be the duelist of the roses videogame. Guy gets summoned in a bolt of lightning, has to collect all the rose cards before they get to go home.
FL5: So what, did all of us have to deal with fucking cartoon videogames?
FL6: Not me! I had to deal with surviving in the wilderness, and I could punch trees to break them!
FL7: ...
FL1: ...what about you? You uh, look kinda pink with that clothing there.

Raphael begins walking down the road leading to city hall, hopefully before the Charles squad all gets out of the water.

Raphael continues walking up the road, not even caring if sponge is following or not. He just wants to get away from the Charles crew. It's not that they could really do that much, it's just that he doesn't like him, let alone 7 of him.
Meanwhile, Theta, Hypnos, and Medi are on their way down the same road. Hypnos has slowed his pace to match Medi's, concerned quite a bit about her. Theta leads the way forwards.
They all meet up in front of the town hall.
"Oh great, it's that guy." Hypnos groans. "I'm really not in the mood to fight that ass..."
"I doubt we'll have to fight him, he's actually calmed down a lot since meeting Thoren. He hasn't started any brawls since. Why he's here though, is beyond me." Theta fills Hypnos in.
"Hey sleeper! Thanks a lot for taking the fucking boat." Raphael yells over at them.
"You're welcome, shitlord!" Hypnos retorts.
Theta just facepalms.
They do not need to be causing any trouble in the city today...

"Ah, you did? Welcome! Have you gotten registered yet? I think I remember how that goes..." Theta excitedly pulls out his tome. It seems this new guy's entry is already registered in. "Ah, already got covered. Um... Good! I hope you enjoy your afterlife!" Theta is entirely too excited about his studies.
"Don't mind him, he's still in training." Hypnos adds.
Raphael finally says something productive. "If you excuse us, we're on our way to get some more dirt on this kid's killer. He calls himself omega. From what I hear he's a null user and a time player. Apparently he had a daughter or some shit. I'm thinking about getting in contact with her to see what she thinks about her asshole dad."
"A null user? Was he behind the shit that took down Medi's bubble here?" Hypnos asks
"Wait, doesn't that make him a doubletier, if he's got time powers too?" Theta remembers that null is one of those aspect things.
"I thought Chronos was the only doubletier out there."
Raphael explains the best he can, which is to say quite bluntly. "He didn't look anything out of the ordinary back when he shot his 'tool', Micha. His beard looked like it could open bottles, but other than that, he just looked like an old man in a labcoat. I don't fucking know if he's doubletier or not."
Hypnos tries to pick out the tune Medi is humming.

"Yes. He's a Null/Time doubletier. Source: He used his aspect powers to kill me. From what I've seen on one of the video cameras that used to be in the hideout's feed, he was indirectly responsible. His big shiny death tower wounded some Kraken thing that's body tore a hole in the bubble."
