Welcome to Necropolis, city of the dead! What, you're not excited? shrug. The colors are bleak, the plantlife is all dead, and various dead and undead entities roam the streets. For the most part, the residents mind their own business, trapped in their daily loops as the days fail to progress onwards. Not much happens here, unless there's a major court case going on. Those tend to attract the attention of all sorts of odd characters out of the woodworks. Locations of interest: -City hall: official city stuff happens here. -Courthouse: the seat of the city's action. tough judgments take place here, as well as trials for those accused of breaking underworld laws. -School: classes for those wishing to learn more about the underworld and how it's ran are taught here. classes that offer various types of licenses for sensitive types of work are also offered here. -Ghost prison: a maximum security prison where ghosts who break the rules are trapped for all eternity. Surprisingly, there are visiting hours. Chronos is currently doing hard time here. -Skeleton army base: skeletons drafted into the skeleton war train here. -Park: there's a slide, a couple swings, a merry-go-round, and a deep pit of almost no escape. What? you'd think they'd have safety officials when everyone's dead here? -Docks: various ferries and boats dock from other places in the underworld here. This is usually the easiest way to enter the city. A strange fog wafts over the docks on occasion... There's probably a couple other places that haven't been mentioned.

A girl arrives to the city from a boat. Putting up a facade of politeness, she kindly asks for help with directions. She was going to visit an 'old friend'. There might be quite a risk for this, but she didn't care. This was going to be very interesting, she thought.

A short dersite missing an arm notices the rather lavishly dressed woman. Despite being unable to speak for some odd reason, the dersite attempts to assist the lady. It tugs on her fancy cloak without any fear. What is she gonna do that hasn't already been done? A true adventurer cares not for danger.

'Hm?' She notices the little creature tug on her cloak. She smiles as sincerely as she could.
'My, my...Do you know where this place's prison may be? I need to see someone...Important.'

The cloak is released and the dersite nods, pointing down a wide, desolate road. There is a sign to the side of the road that says "Necropolis Maximum Security Ghost Prison - Up ahead".

'Ah, yes...I see, I see...Thank you, little one.' She pats the dersite's head for a second or two and starts walking.

The dersite just silently watches and smiles with its almost invisible mouth. Such a nice woman...
The road, made of weathered, unkempt cobblestone, cuts across the rather large city. Building with the windows boarded up line the streets, many of them condemned and unsafe for the living. The local ghosts don't mind though, they seem to work with what they have fairly well. A phantom continuously hangs laundry out to dry. Look away for one moment and he puts up the same dress shirt that was up only just a moment ago. The occasional specter crosses your path but they do not waver from their preset paths down the street. Any collisions just make them phase through, leaving only a cold chill behind.
After about a minute of walking, an imposing concrete building with a curved roof appears on the horizon. There is a rather peculiar blue gate covered in repellent charms of all kinds. A skeleton wearing an army uniform is standing guard by the gate's entrance, with a small 3-headed chihuahua sitting in a dog kennel nearby. It seems they went with every superstitious trick in the book when designing this place, and it's a complete eye-sore.

Despite the weird...weirdness of the town, she presses onward. Jeez, this place is even more depressing than her own bubble.
She notices the large building...and it's gates. This was it...The prison. She walks straight onward, despite...the weird anti-spirit defenses.
She's in a body...And she's taken some more precautions into making sure she stays put in said body. She's sure that there's no way in hell that some simple charms are going to stop her.

The trihuahua immediately starts yapping at you, but is clearly restrained from leaving its post. "Shaddap!" the skeleton kicks the kennel. It stops yapping for a moment, and then just growls. "You here to visit? State ya business."

'I need to visit an acquaintance. I hear he's a recent prisoner. White horns, goopy, shouts all his lines.' she snickers, but stops short. '...If it's possible, I mean. If this is a bad time, I'll come back later.'

"Ah, that guy." the skeleton remarks. "He's been tryin' pretty hard to break out. Dunno where he got all that energy from, wit the energy drink rationing and all. It's probably been long 'nuff to get him outta the time cube for a visit." He chuckles a bit as he presses the button to open the gate. "Stay on the path and go right on through the front door to the receptionist. Tell 'em you're here to see 'ol chrome dome and they'll get ya where ya need to go." The dog yaps once again, leading to another predictable kick from the skeleton. The path up ahead is a long and windy raised pathway over a moat with running water, painted blue. The front door is just right past the moat.

'Still a problem child, I see...Well, thank you, sir.' She nods and follows the directions she's been given. Though she does wonder what's with the painted look...

The path is fairly easy to follow and thus most likely gives no trouble. The receptionist points you down a hallway and... a buster begins escorting you. He tries to strike up a conversation with you while leading you down the hallway. "Hm, so you're here to see Mr.[Redacted]. Are you an old friend, perhaps maybe a lost lover? He doesn't really get that many visitors. In fact, I think you might be the first since he's been thrown in here."

'I guess you could say I might be both.' she giggled innocently; she should be an actor...
'No recent visitors, huh...I guess I'll surprise him, then~' she couldn't help but laugh internally. Oh how the mighty have fallen...

The two of them arrive in a secured room with a plexiglass wall separating the two sides. There is a table with phones on both sides, the visitor's phone covered with repellent tags. There is a metal fold-up chair on the visitor's side. It appears to have been in the same spot for years, rust peeling the paint off little by little. There is no cushion.
On the other side of the wall, another buster can be seen entering with a translucent cube wrapped in locks and chains. Something from within the cube is slamming against the walls. The buster sets the cube down on the table and begins unlocking it.
Almost immediately, a black goopy figure spills out of the cube, sliding into the floor. Reforming, the goop attempts to shape into a humanoid shape, a white boney head with horns and an orange jumpsuit arranging to their rightful places. At this point, it's obvious who it is.
Chronos stands behind the table and stares straight at you with his empty, dead eyes. Hesitantly, he picks up the phone on his end. He waits for you to say something.
