"What the damnable Horrorterrors did with the alpha Seth was fairly intriguing, if not morally reprehensible due to them making it into a prison. I will prove here that I can pull off a far better job, to them, myself, and the players." LOADING SCENARIO FOR "pokemonmoveheroes" "The scenario might be poor when considering the source material, but it should provide a sufficient way to train them in using a minimal power set to the most of their potential."
SCENARIO OVERVIEW
- The world is filled with super heroes and super villains.
- Each Super Powered Individual has a single move or ability from the Pokemon games.
- For instance, a super with the move of Infestation would be capable of summoning insects to direct towards enemies. Normal, Earth insects, but this still allows for summoning things such as bullet ants.
- HM Moves have the secondary ability of allowing the owner of the move to share it with allies. For instance, the Fly HM User would be able to temporary share the ability to fly with other supers, or even non powered individuals. This is restricted to NPCs.
- Owners of Legendary Pokemon specific moves/abilities (Such as Dragon Ascent) are high level supers, and players will not be using these.
"Thankfully, I have put in measures to prevent non-dreamers from accessing this bubble, by containing it exclusively within itself." "Mental Note: I really need to stop talking to myself. It has gotten worse lately. I am going to need to do a self diagnostic to locate the anomalous code which is causing this."

Due to not being focused on what bubble she was trying to dream into, Katie randomly found herself dreaming into this one..

Katie finds herself in a bank. There currently seems to be a robbery in progress, with two armed gunmen, and one... third robber, with some sort of glowing yellow orb in his hand? He throws his hand out, burst of electricity hitting one of the TV's behind Katie, causing it to explode in a crackle of electricity.
From what she tried to remember, she knew that People had started getting super powers a while back, and it had accelerated quickly. A few teams of Superheroes had formed, but unfortunately, it seemed that superheroes weren't the only ones who gained powers: Super powered criminals were on the rise, and despite the heroes best efforts, there were almost always casualties... wait, hold on, you don't remember this happening... but yet you... do? Odd.
Strangely, with this thought, Katie found herself in a black void. She looked around, but didn't see anything.
And then, behind her, there was a small, child like voice. "So, are you a boy or a girl?"

"Girl." She said, turning around to face whoever's talking to her.

There was a Tepig on the... floor of the black void.
"Hey. Listen, it seems that you are in a bit of trouble, so I'm here to teach you a little something that should help even the odds."
Katie could somewhat remember something about... awakenings? She hadn't delved much into the subject, only knowing the term from the News, but apparently they were what gave the supers their powers.
"Aright, so to start, I'm gonna need you to start running. Any direction will work, I'll be able to keep up, so don't worry. That's kinda the first step to learning my technique. You don't need to go really fast, but just fast enough to get the adrenaline going."

Katie started to run, remembering the time she had to run away from a boulder in that Indiana Jones rip-off dungeon back on LoCaL. Her heart beat faster in her chest as she built up speed.

The Tepig quickly catches up, even with its short legs.
"Alright, looks like you got step one down! Now onto the harder bit. I want you to search deep within yourself... there should be a spark of a flame in there... I want you to pull at it."
With those final words, the Tepig charges ahead in a burst of flame.

Katie managed to find the spark inside of herself, pulling at it like she was told.

Upon pulling at the spark, she felt a warmth surge through her, as the spark grew. She could feel her skin ripple and toughen, before finally, a flame burst into life around her, creating a corona around her dashing form, resulting in a ball around her, as well as a sudden boost in speed.
"You got the hang of it now! Now, go get em, Kid!"
In a flash of light, she was back on the ground of the bank, as if nothing had changed in her absense, but she could feel the change of her skin was still there, even if the spark of the fire within was dormant once again, although seeming somewhat stronger than before she had pulled at it.

Katie rushed at the Electric type man, attempting to do the technique the Tepig had just shown her.

The two gunmen turned their guns at PK, firing the bullets. Upon impact however... the bullets bounced off, landing on the ground. They still hurt a lot though, as even if they weren't penetrating the skin, the force was still hitting it... there would probably be bruising later, but that could wait. The Charge Beam user widened his eyes, attempting to charge up his attack in time, but Katie struck first, accelerating rapidly from the use of Flame Charge, knocking him over the desk. One of the gunmen, seeing that their bullets weren't having the desired effect, started turning his gun toward the civilians. Katie would not have made it in time if her speed had stayed the same, but there was one thing about using Flame Charge. It made the user faster. As such, she was able to reach the gunman in time, causing him to be slammed away... he wouldn't be getting back up again any time soon.
"Stop right there, or I'll shoot!"
It seemed that the other gunman had grabbed one of the civilians, and was holding them hostage, with a gun up against her head. Tears streamed down her frightened face, terrified. Meanwhile, the Charge Beam User was getting up from behind the desk, able to take more of a hit than an unpowered human.

Katie looked around, did the other gunman drop his gun after she hit him?
