Eniar readies himself as he turns to the three.
"Got it. Four nines, don't puke. Good luck in finding what you're going to find, you two."
He waves to them and hops off, making a beeline to the elevator.
Medi seems perfectly focused on her flower.

"Put that magnifying glass to good use!" Link Seth calls out to Eniar.
After a few seconds, clearly being impatient, Theta begins to make the boat drift upwards at a reasonable pace.
"Next stop, bubble barrier!"

Eniar waves a hand in acknowledgment as he enters the tower, quickly going up the floors to get to the elevator.
Medi temporarily breaks focus as she notices the boat go up again.
"You're...coming with....?"

Theta continues to slowly ascend the boat. "Of course I am, I can't just let two that stay in my tower go alone on such a journey, right? Besides, this is my boat."
"Maybe you should try going to school for a boating license..." link Seth remarks, finally getting a proper moment to sit up.
"Like you'd be any better. Trust me, none of the other seths have had as much boating experience as me."
"Whatever. Let's just get going. But not too fucking fast." Link seth glares over at Theta while bracing himself for whatever that little shit is about to pull.
"We don't have any living passengers on board now. We are now capable of flying with Ｎｏ Ｌｉｍｉｔｓ."
A sinister smile widens across Theta's face, and the energy surrounding the boat seems to waver in a menacing manner. Link Seth tries not to seem afraid or impressed.
Before he can do much however, Theta then suddenly makes the boat rocket off into the sky at speeds no mortal should ever endure.
"SLOWTHISMOTHERFUCKINGSHIPWREAKDOWNYOUPIECEOFSHITSNOTNOSEKIDINATABLECLOTH..."
From the tower, all that can be seen of them now is but a twinkle in the sky.

Medi shields her flower as they accelerate to nearly impossible speeds, emitting a nearly inaudible, glitchy 'Hhhhhhhh.....' as they move.
She tries to think that this is some bizarre roller coaster in an attempt to make it less scary...
It doesn't really work.

Theta's boat hurtles across the sky, only just barely raising in altitude. The colors seem to be streaking and blending more than usual. Link seth holds on tight and tries to keep down, shouting obscenities in the wind the entire time, not that anyone can even make out what he's saying.
The bubble's barrier can be seen just by looking up, a translucent wall of soapy swirls. They're practically travelling parallel to it now. The underworld down below can barely be seen beyond the mist, let alone going this fast, but much of it is just small islands surrounded by endless stretches of putrid swampy water.
Eventually, Theta FINALLY slows his joy-ride down, thankfully very gradually. Seriously, it takes a minute for Theta to slow it down to a halt. Link seth can finally be heard properly.
"DON'T YOU EVER FUCKING PULL THAT 'NO LIMITS' BULLSHIT EVER AGAIN. I DON'T FUCKING CARE IF WE'RE ALREADY DEAD, I DON'T FUCKING LIKE IT AND LOOK AT WHAT YOU'VE DONE TO MEDI!"
Theta just ignores link seth and pulls out his plastic scythe. He waves it at the air and it becomes an oversized scalpel. He holds it straight up and slooooooowwwwly raises the boat closer to the bubble barrier.
"HEY, ARE YOU EVEN FUCKING LISTENING OVER THERE?!"
"Sssssshhhhhhhh..." Theta holds up one quiet finger as he carefully inches towards the barrier.
Link seth flips him off and huffs. "give this kid any fucking ounce of power and he abuses the fuck out of it..." He then glances over at Medi. How is she holding up during all of this?

Medi seems to be curled up, trying to protect the flower she's holding like her (after)life depended on it. She doesn't seem to notice that the boat is not going at ludicrous speeds anymore.

Link seth continues to look at her with concern. "Medi. We're fine now. You can sit up now."
"You know, nearly any insight you might find out about me will likely be true about you as well. The inherent similarities that we share as members of the seth template..."
"Are you trying to say that I'd scare the shit out of a girl if I was given control over a flying boat?"
"if you had no particular closeness to her, it is likely." Theta finally gets just close enough to make a careful incision into the bubble wall. He pushes the scalpel through carefully and... It stays intact upon reaching the other side. There is a bit of difference in pressure between the two sides, causing a light breeze to blow from outside. Theta widens the hole slightly and makes the boat go up through it.
The group feels something peculiar and hard to explain as they pass upwards through the malleable hole in the bubble membrane.
He continues until the boat is sitting on the surface of the bubble, covering up the hole they went through.
The wind continues to wisp by as the colors appear somehow more vibrant on this side than the other.
Link seth tries to think about the implications of what Theta said, but it's difficult when he's still angry, not to mention there's no longer a living party member to absorb extra ambient energy from to perform significant complex tasks with.

Medi goes back to a more comfortable position, holding the spider lilly next to her heart. It's glowing more noticably than usual.
"Won't you...Won't you patch that up...?"

Link seth pats Medi on the back lightly. He notices Medi holding the glowing flower quite closely. Is it perhaps a small part of her that had been lost before? He doesn't ponder any further than this. "It should repair itself easily. Bubbles eventually reseal when any openings are covered or small enough." Theta explains to Medi in a calm manner. Then, link seth notices something out in the distance. "Hey, I see it! The Black Bubble!" He points at it, sticking out like a sore thumb. ==> |

Link Seth lands in a flourish of black feathers as they disappear from his back. He only needed them to get this far.
He walks up the stone pathway to the tower.
Upon entering the lobby, he takes a quick trip to Hot Topic. While there, he loads up on supplies. A bowl of macaroni, a stack of CD's with a CD player and headphones, A black trenchcoat with pre-tattered bottom edges, a pair of sunglasses, a crossbow, and some hoop earrings. Would earrings even work with his ear notches? Who the fuck cares, he's dead, he can do whatever the fuck he wants. It's not like he's gonna feel pain from a pair of fucking hoop earrings.
He notices that someone put some cash on the counter. Link Seth decides not to pay for the merchandise. What is the shopkeeper gonna do to him? Shoot him with undodgable lightning? Oh come on, he has nothing on the shopkeeper back in Mabe Village.
He walks out of Hot topic with his new gear on. He's no longer just Link Seth.
From now on, he will be known as Rid.
Rid walks smoothly up the stairs, and then once more, until reaching the elevator. He enters the elevator and punches in the magic number to get to the top. He slams down the lever and the doors close behind him.
The elevator takes off and with death-defying speeds, takes him up to the dream dome.

Lower and lower the boat glides until it meets the water, continuing on its path towards the dock.
It slows down considerably from the liquid cushion, and soon slides to a halt.
Theta hops out of the boat and ties it up at the dock. He waits for the passengers to exit.
Cojiro seems to have mostly gotten used to the girl, only flapping about a minimal amount. Then again, it might just be scared out of its wits.

The two climb out of the boat with little difficulty.
The girl then nonchalantly drops Cojiro, probably not needing to hold onto him anymore.
"Well, this is your home now too, strange blue chicken."
She then looks to the tower.
"Well, what are you gonna do now, Theeeta?"

Ignoring the cringey way she pronounced his alias, Theta remembers something.
"...oh shit, I still need to check the directory for someone."
He pulls out his tome, still decorated by the floral pattern baked into the front cover.
he flips through a bunch of pages, seemingly not finding what he's looking for.
Theta then remembers something and closes the book. He then puts his hand over it and chants a short incantation for a moment. He then lifts his hand from the book and the pages begin to flip on their own. They continue to do this until reaching the last page of the tome, which is still blank.
The book closes itself.
"...well then, looks like Ben's still alive. After I send this message, I'm planning on going back to my place for a while. Feel free to explore, but remember that most of the inhabitants are away fighting and thus most of the floors will only have traces of their memory contents."
Cojiro bounces around in place on the ground, flapping a bit here and there.
