RN's armor beeped, the silenced CaFAI install had established contact with Vincent's soulbot through a backdoor. It quickly relayed the direction to the driver, who swerved the truck right in a lightyear wide turn. Somehow he managed to get at an angle that would get him to the new Gospels, and the truck was now headed "backwards" for them at it's full 12.3 undecillion MPH top speed.

Three ghosts sit in a boat resting atop a dreambubble's surface.  "There it is." Link Seth looks out at the Black Bubble looming in the distance. "I'm honestly surprised that there really is a black bubble out there, let alone that we found it so fast. They don't even show up in the bubble registry." Theta glances curiously at the bubble. "Maybe that's the point? Anyways, let's get the fuck moving. And this time, With Limits In Place." Link Seth glares at Theta. |

Medi glances up at the bubble. It was strange that they found it so quickly. Though the strange phenomenon, the very one that is keeping them from fizzing out of existence, may have helped immensely.
A black star in the prismatic sky.
Of course it would be almost impossible to find when it was still the darkness of the void.
Whether or not this was a blessing or a curse in disguise, only time would tell.
She can't help but feel a little tense. They were going to meet the man who had made her an unwitting pawn in his revival scheme. Would he even assist them in ridding the void of the plague that threatens absolutely everything?
What if things go pear shaped? A different instance of the same person had said that this certain one was at their peak strength.
She grips her flower tightly, but not too much as to crush whatever part she was holding. If only her own dream hadn't...
"...If...if things go wrong...Promise me...Leave safely..."

Theta appears to be struggling with something. He has his hands firmly grasped upon the front of the boat, but it doesn't seem to be moving all that much. Maybe a little tilting, but not much in terms of altitude.
"...fuck. I used all my power back there."
"Good."
"This is not good! How the fuck are we supposed to get there now?"
"Can't we just get out and fly without the boat? That is a thing us ghosts can do, right?"
"Yes, but... my boat..."
"Well fuck your boat. Medi, let's get going." Link Seth offers his hand to her as he prepares to lift his feet off the ground.

Link Seth floats up a little bit. Medi would find it very much possible to do the same.
Theta stays put in the same spot. "Well fine then! I'll be waiting for the two of you right here!" He sits down swiftly and pouts, rocking the boat slightly.
"Fine!" Link Seth begins making his way off towards the black bubble with Medi, at a reasonable pace.

On and on they drift towards the black bubble together. The mauve bubble of the underworld shrinks away behind them.
"Medi, I'm sorry for abandoning you earlier. I was pretty pissed off about dying and all. I felt like I was so fucking close to waking up... I could practically open my eyes... and then that bitch stole my body, led me to a fucking permanent game over, and... led you to your own conclusion."
Link Seth pauses from his rant, looking out at the bubble they're travelling towards.
"When we get there, and finally meet him... I don't know what I'm going to do to him. I guess there's not much damage that can be done, considering he lost his life already, but... I guess what I'm saying is... don't expect me to give him special treatment. It doesn't matter who or what he is or used to be. What he did to us was unfuckingacceptable. He's going to pay for what he's done."

Link Seth may be slow with his progress back to Theta and the boat, as Medi is incredibly heavy.
But for some reason, she's not as cold as she was before.

Link Seth is determined to carry Medi, despite the great weight.
He just has to save her.
It's somewhat difficult, but with the level 1 power bracelets it doesn't seem quite as impeding.
Eventually, they make it back to Theta and his boat. Link Seth sets her down in the boat carefully, and then collapses right there. He donetiers right on the spot.
Theta looks them over and begins to take notes furiously.
"oh brother... look at what they've gotten into here... why did they ever think visiting any unimprisoned version of chronos would be a good idea..."

Medi is just...there. Unmoving. Not much going on with her, really.
Though...It almost feels like there's an extra person on the boat as of right now.

Theta sighs in frustration. Medi's case is far beyond what his studies have covered.
He decides to capsize the boat back down into the underworld. Maybe he can get some assistance down there from an actual expert.
Theta grasps onto the side of the boat and begins rocking it back and forth, hoping to flip it over. They should get unstuck from the surface tension if it works out.
