As a joke, somebody on the skype (lol, we used skype back when this was pitched?) chat mentioned we should have a game jam and watch nothing ever get done. I've decided that actually sounds like a good idea to have a game jam, sans the lack of work. We have enough hobbiest game devs around here, right?

Rules:
_____________ ___ __ _
Any engine allowed BUT, the finished product must run on a modern computer with minimal user-end setup (that means no rom hacks or stuff that can only run on ms dos, sorry). RPG maker run-time package is fine, as long as the link to the rtp is easily accessible.
Also, it must have low enough technical requirements to work on nearly every commonly used computer being used in our group.
Teams are allowed, but only up to 2 total members!
Any resources are fair game, including pre-made engines. Try to utilize what you've got and don't just slam a bunch of things together, unless you have a vision that requires that. Aesthetic responsibly! Just make sure the actual game is stuff you made during the week of the competition.
Please try to keep the file sizes reasonable. We don't want to have to download
The finished product can be sent in at any time within the contest date range after the first day. They will need to be packaged in zip format and sent into my pm box to be packaged up for the final votepack upon the end of the contest. If it is web-based and already hosted, a link to the page to access it will work, as long as it does in fact work.
There will be absolutely no extensions. A warning will be given out when there are only 12 hours remaining to submit, and warnings will be placed in the chat in an increasing manner, maybe even with some pm warnings to those still working on their games at that time.
Note: restrictions/themes cannot and will not force nsfw content, as per creeperPuncher's request.
Theme: BOOTLEG (theme is optional)
Restriction: Must use the resource pack resources!
There is a resource pack that will be distributed during the week of the jam. the required content must be present within the game! This content can be edited freely, but the resources must be noticeably present some time during gameplay! For resources that have lettered variations, only one variation need be used. Also, the optional folder's contents are completely optional and are mostly just there to help with additional content/added challenge.
Start Date: 4/??/2017
End Date: 4/??/2017 (+7 days)
