[Area] Seth's Clock tower, Underworld

As Medi slips out of the lantern, her soul tries to form a human shape.
"I̧t͘ w̷ąs͝...̧th̛e ̕gi̡f̢t he g̛av̴e̕ mè...It͠ ͡w͡a̡s t̕he͞ o͝nl̴y͝ ̕thi̶ņg̸ I̛ ́had le̷ft̡.̡..̴"

She succeeds in forming back to her usual form...but for some reason, something seems...off.
She positions her hands in a way someone would hold a weapon with two hands...trying as if to conjure it into existence.
It doesn't work.

"I̕t̨ ̴look͟ed̀ ki̴n͟da ̧od͝d.͡..͞th̸e͟ ͟sp͠ikes͞ ̶ẃe̵re àll ҉sort̨s ̕o͡f ̶f́ancy ́clo̴c͏k ha̶nds̨.̕..And..̢."

She laughs...An expression of anguish and desperation clear in her face.

"I͟t ̵sou͜nd͏ed́...just͘...̢li̷ke͘ him.̀.̨."

"Good, get in."
Raphael wastes no time with punching in the code for the top floor and cranking down the lever. The elevator doors close behind sponge and there is a pause of complete silence.

And then, the elevator begins moving.
At first, it ascends at a typical elevator pace, but soon, it begins accelerating. Faster and faster the elevator goes, the unseen mechanisms whirring and clanging. The cabin jitters and shakes along the vertical tracks.
Soon enough, the speed begins to press down upon the riders. Thankfully, both of them being dead, they don't have much to actually worry about. The pressure is still noticeable though.
Raphael stands still, staring at nothing in particular with his blank eyes.
Faster and faster and faster and faster until suddenly

Everything goes white.

Meanwhile, back down below, Hypnos is trying to think of something.
Clearly that weapon meant something to her. But, trying to move backwards isn't the right move.
He decides to take another direction.
Hypnos pulls out his chainsaw and focuses on it. There is a bright flash.
Using a bit of his energy, he has changed the chainsaw a little bit. There is now a built-in digital alarm clock, stuck flashing 12:00 over and over. The handles are given extra cushioning, and the teeth of the chainsaw are now tiny little z's. Upon revving it up, a snoring noise can almost be heard through the nyoom. A white crescent moon decal is on the side of it, against the yellow paint.

Upon the light fading, Hypnos almost collapses, but catches himself upon the nearby flat rock with the lantern on it.
It appears part of one of his shoes are missing.
He carefully gets back up and presents Medi with the chainsaw, turned off, of course.
"I'd like you to have this. It's not the same, but it's still something special."

The chainsaw has a little bit of weight to it, but it's not really all that much. It's just about as heavy as... just an average chainsaw. It fits quite well into her hands, the softer handles make it nice to hold.
"You're welcome." Hypnos smiles, and then yawns. "I think I'm about due for a nice long nap..."

Hypnos walks off towards the tower, looking back behind him at Medi, smiling. He hopes she'll be able to handle herself for a while. Who knows how long he could be asleep for.
He makes a quick stop at Hot Topic. There's nobody at the front desk, but he needs a new shoe or two. He finds a pair of fuzzy slippers for about 300 boons. He leaves the money on the counter and puts the slippers on.
They're about average and still need to get broken into. He misses his old shoes already, but, they're not even his old shoes anymore really. It's not worth thinking about too much, he just needs some new shoes.

Hypnos continues up the stairs to the fountain. He pulls out his mug and takes a drink. It tastes almost the same as it always did, though perhaps the unpleasant undertone is a lot more diluted, and has an unfamiliar flavor added to it. It definitely helps after doing that thing with the chainsaw for Medi. That really took a lot out of him. Hypnos drinks his fill and continues up towards the 3rd floor.

Hypnos walks up the stairs to the 3rd floor.
Quiet as last time.
It looks like the stairs to the 4th floor are unguarded. While he still has enough energy, he might as well go up there and bother Theta for a moment before going to sleep.
Hypnos begins to go up the next flight of stairs, but then something makes him stop.
He's never actually been up in Theta's office before. A little too tired to go through with this. Maybe next time. He walks back down and makes his way to the elevator.
Next stop: Land of [REDACTED] and [DATA EXPUNGED], no relation to his and her similarly censored last names.
He steps inside of the elevator and...

Hypnos falls asleep inside without going anywhere.
This is definitely not the first time this has happened.
The elevator doors close behind him and awaits the next request.

The stairs to the fourth floor lead Medi to a place that appears to be outside. The sky is scattered with clouds, blue peaking out behind white cotton.
There seems to be a distant feeling to it.

Straight ahead, there is a rather ordinary looking two story house with a gravel driveway. There is no car parked out front.
A few scraggly trees dot the perimeter of the property, and the lawn is of unkempt spotty grass, likely uncared for. There appears to be a path leading to the backyard, though beyond a certain point it gets fuzzy.
From behind, there is an impressionistic blur of what appears to be a typical suburban neighborhood.
The front door of the house is closed and the stairs leading up cannot be seen.

Theta opens the front door, wearing a black and white baseball longsleeve with red pants... and gel spiked hair.
There's music blasting from the stereo quite loudly in the living room. Theta pulls out a remote and turns down the volume a little bit.
"...Oh, it's you. Thought the others had gotten back by now. Wasn't Hypnos with you earlier?"
