Dragonronpa: Intergalactic Despair

There's alarm in the outpost, as the Federation ship fires suddenly, the targetting AI spooked by something. The beam is aimed for a conspicious spot on the fifth floor, but is absorbed by the force field, which sparks into a vibrant red color.
The TV feed kicks back on.

A microphone in the 2F Men's Bathroom records a piercing scream from behind the wall, followed by silence. The rest of the transmission blurs together, aired at speeds too high to record properly. Only scattered fragments can be made out.
"Work you damn thing, work!" says a masked figure, standing next to someone in a hood. They appear to be standing in front of a recording desk.
"Ugh, I feel like Wright.." says a Bureacratian, face down on the floor in an entry hall next to a huge vault door.
16 students standing together in the gymnasium, being lectured by a black and white bear. "If you become Blackened, and don't get caught, you get to leave!" The bear says.
An explosion, throwing a serpentine alien biker backwards into the wall.
A fashionable woman holding the bear aloft, and a gun on the ceiling starting to move. The Bureacratian from earlier, Lightyears, tackles her to the floor. The bear is freed, and the gun doesn't fire.
A private movie screening, showing dead singers on a stage to an aquatic woman.
The fish lady switching dorm rooms with a male human.
Lightyears being called into the dorm room from the hall.
A fight within the dorm room, the woman slashing at him with a knife and being met with a tazer hidden in his jacket. She retreats into the bathroom, and Edgeworth barricades the door.
Edgeworth leaving the room in the morning, to the shock of the male human, who runs in.
A scream coming from the room's bathroom.
"A body has been discovered!" announces the bear.
A hurried investigation, which Lightyears is barred from by the others.
15 students stand in an elevator. The male human is missing.
