The Charcherry Weekly
Hello, Mage of Light Nick Card here. Another week has passed and it has news to be presented.
Early this week, there were reports of a makuhita continuously wandering desertia town. Pokesnack stand owner Aeons Edgeworth had arranged for the wandering pokemon to be given food, but something had to be done. Gym leader Jovin Castle was called in to investigate. He immediately found that the makuhita was anxious about the health of Plit survivor Kale Ominoi.
This pokemon had previously assisted in rescuing Kale when he arrived here. Jovin lead the makuhita inside the hospital for a visit, which apparently went well. Reportedly, the makuhita has been given permission to watch over Kale while he is recovering.
Having been recently told the hard to swallow news of Kale's home being gone, Jovin offered additional friendship. The makuhita has shown interest in allowing Kale to act as its trainer, and it is likely that Kale will need a companion like that in these days ahead.
A few days ago, Korosian President Thoren Emit began their work in earnest. Reportedly, their current office is a mobile one attached to the eros machina in a trailer, until a more permanent one can be built elsewhere. They have been slowly boning up on pre-reckoning korosian law, which is appearing to have stark differences to what they once knew elsewhere. In addition, they have begun to build their cabinet, recruiting Aspara's very own Gus to work with them, in addition to Vice President Spades Slick.
Further news incoming.
Meanwhile, your dear newsletter writer has been hot on the trail in investigating the recent trend of poke-armor. With increased reports of its use at the nearby Unity Gym, I felt it was necessary to obtain some of my own to see what all the fuss was about.
I called a number in a motor industries catalogue and was connected to a very sassy rotom on the other end. With some work, I was lead through the ordering process, and ended up ordering two sets of armor, custom ordered for my larvesta, Sunburst. The price for said armor was very high, but I was given a discount for press promotional reasons. I have not been told when it will arrive here, but I shall be waiting. I admittedly have personal bias against the use of such armor, in favor of focusing on the pokemon's health and safety, but in the name of journalism I feel the need to look closer into this.
Further news incoming.
With that, I assume that covers things. production on the flash animation for left beef has continued with great efforts forward, Professor Coleman Branch has resumed recording episodes for his hit educational tv show, having been spotted in the field recently.
And now I must get back to sleep.
Goodnight everyone!
