The Charcherry Weekly
Hello everyone, Mage of Light Nick Card here. The days are steadily getting longer but its still cold outside. Let's warm up with some news.
Valentine's dayyy
Earlier this week, valentine's day was observed. A number of couples spent the day together, and a number of sweet treats were distributed, with known allergies taken into consideration. Thank you to Brae Emit for sending those chocolates and sweethearts and stuff.
We're gonna need a bigger pizza
Since pivoting my webcomic None Pizza With Left Beef to forum adventure format in the wake of MSPFA's extended maintenance, the adventure has since received a steady flow of suggestions and commands, which has made panelwork for it that much more compelling to work on. This week, the adventure managed to cover the final leg of Heir of Time Thoren's 2020 redistro route, with an unplanned tangent that seems to be gaining in relevance to a yet to be illustrated part of the story. At the moment, the focus is placed upon Feral Crane First Guardian Flock Ornis, who has inexplicably appeared in an arbitrary exile station on planet Roostor, which is currently (currently being December 25th 2020 in this case) being occupied by a voidco agent and their bird minions.
Also, in more contemporary news, Rogue of Heart Charles managed to rescue the exile that was stationed there via skilled/random use of an appearifyer. (Your dear newsletter writer consulted Pory the Porygon for some suitable random numbers for charles to input into the ) Unfortunately, the egg they were guarding did not make the trip with them, as it is currently being held by the voidco agent. The current location of the Anxious Egghandler is known but will not be published for safety reasons.
As usual, updates will be paused for the weekend, and resumed on either sunday night or monday.
The Bearer of Gender Returns
Rather recently, Thoren Emit decided to invite Aurelian Guardian Tempus to visit for a while once more. The last time Tempus had visited was back in 2019, for the [REDACTED] invitational, which was held at a golf resort in the underworld dreambubble. They had also spent december 2019 assisting Thoren with their santa duties, and ultimately lead Thoren to make a breakthrough in regards to their gender identity.
On the #dungeon-crashers memo earlier today, Tempus was welcomed rather warmly.
This week’s known market stands in Desertia Town:
-Katie’s potion stand (*CaFAI filling in for Katie when unavailable)
-Brae’s canned goods stand (currently closed for the time being)
-shinyjiggly pokesnacks stand (ran by Rufus)
That should do it for this week. Samm has briefly considered re-opening her noodle stand, so look out for that if it winds up happening.
For now, I need sleep. Lots of sleep.
