As some of you might know, there is a pokemon region in the works to be discovered on starter planet. This thread will keep notes and such on it organized for later use.
Roughly a month back, a number of time players (and one heart player due to purposefully trying to redirect a drain) had gotten hella tired, some even having spotty use of their time powers in general. Assumed reason for this is a rogue of time siphoning their time energy for their own uses.
But what will this time juice be used for?
Now, originally I was going to have it be used for a 300 year timeskip, in the assumption that the group would be interested in a fully formed region right off the bat, but it appears that those that have spoken are more interested in being on the ground-floor during its initial establishment, without the worry of losing or radically changing any characters in the process. Now of course, a large stash of time energy can be used for any number of things, and it can be figured out on a later date if needed.
--Name--
What are we calling this region?
Regardless of name, this region is located north of the Fyre Nation, in the center of (v,3) in terms of square coordinates.
Officially, it is classified as a micro-nation, having been established as a place for many different people can learn to live with pokemon together. It is apparently ruled by a group of godtier players, of currently unknown species. Among their ranks, there is the mysterious maid of void, who has the means to transport individuals places in a void-like manner, a rogue of time who seems to be running things, a briefly mentioned accountant who may or may not actually exist, and an assumed 4th member, somehow even more elusive than the maid. It is very possible that they were once a group of furthest ring refugees who followed the signal to the final battle of the Lost Pawns, like many countless players had also done-- assuming that the reason they know of the messageboards by word of mouth. This backstory is yet to be confirmed, but seems most likely.
It is unknown if voidco and/or team abyssal has a presence here, but it is likely that they could appear in wake of such a sudden gathering.
--Towns--
There's meant to be 8 towns of note in this region, one for each official pokemon gym to be hosted here. To make things a bit more interesting and to have something to lean on, each town will have a primary associated pokemon type and sburban aspect, the former applying largely to the physical space, and the latter applying to the core concepts that define it.
--Notable locations--
For locations of considerable regard
As a note, please remember that these are incomplete by design and can always use additions. Post ideas you're willing to share here and they can be added too!

Cardinal City-- The heart of the region
Associated pokemon type: Steel
Associated SBURBan aspect: Heart
This city is known for being the location of a single industrial strength replicator device, for the sake of producing difficult to acquire goods in bulk, which are then shipped to the other settlements in the region as needed. There are also a number of traditional industrial operations planned for the sake of redundancy, in case the region's one replicator stops working for too long. It is said that all road lead to Cardinal, which may hold a bit of truth to it! There's a great deal of trucking that's based from this city, as that's one of the main ways that goods are sent out from here. There might also be a train line in the works, once the railroad gets built.
This city tends to attract people who find solace in the concrete jungle, but desire somewhere with far less crime than the fathomless depths of Neon City. There is a gym being established here that specializes in steel type pokemon. An official leader among its members has yet to be confirmed, but there are some that are starting to show promise...

[some kinda rocky town]-- between a rock and a hard place
Associated pokemon type: Rock
Associated SBURBan aspect: ???
To be written about more later

Antechamber Town-- A warm place to stay
Associated pokemon type: Fire
Associated SBURBan aspect: Space
When the temporics from Alcove arrived to this region, they didn't realize that most locations here would be so cold. Notifying those that sent them here about their thermoregulation needs, it was clear that there would need to be a town built somewhere particularly warm. Quite thankfully, there happens to be a series of lava vents in this region, which proved to be difficult for most to handle at first. While most humans and elves tend to shy away from the heat, temporics, tetrarchs, bears, and carapacians seem to be well equipped for such balmy temperatures. The budding success of this town can be attributed to the assistance of the local pokemon, who were integral in carving out a space for the new residents of this warm place. There is a natural hot spring that tends to make this town somewhat popular with travelers who seek the therapeutic qualities of its mineral-rich water. A fire type gym is hosted here, an official leader yet to be chosen.

Westport Bay-- A meeting point for those who seek connections
Associated pokemon type: Water
Associated SBURBan aspect: Blood
Facing the boundless ocean, this city is particularly well equipped to receive and send ships, some even from distant locales. There appears to be a lot of sailors from the Fyre Nation here, largely the ever iconic firebending bears. They tend to be on the move fairly often, always onto the next point in their itineraries. There appears to be a lot of social gatherings around here, with a variety of cafes and bars being opened recently. Inspired by the might of the sea, a water type gym recently was established, its members still seeking an official leader.

--Notable locations--
For locations of considerable regard
Infernal Path-- for those who can take the heat!
This route is known for being particularly treacherous, being located very close to a well-known set of lava vents. It is highly suggested that protective gear is worn while travelling along this road. It tends to be a hot spot for fire type pokemon, and is considered to be the best shortcut between [some kinda rocky town] and Antechamber town. Only specially designed vehicles can drive around here, for various safty and practical reasons. For those that can't handle the high temperatures, there is a detour that goes around the lava vents, but it is considerably longer.

Illumina Library-- for those who seek the light of knowledge
There are plans to build a particularly illustrious library in this region, said to be supervised by a yet to be introduced light player. Such a place is sure to attract the brightest minds in the region to study and research here. This location is still under construction, but a great amount of books have been obtained to be housed here eventually. Seems to attract psychic type pokemon, interestingly enough.
