Heya, Mage of Light Nick here. Another slow week, but still things happened to a degree.
Mah Birthdayyyyy
On November 16th, your dear newsletter writer Mage of Light Nick Card celebrated their 26th birthday. It was a lot less exciting than expected, since most of the group reportedly has been taking a vacation from the vacation. Regardless, I managed to obtain a carrot cake from Warlock of Time Coleman and Fae girl Brae Emit. Aforementioned cake was packed in a box rigged with (thankfully) completely harmless party poppers.
I had also gotten a gift from Rogue of Heat Charles, which I had mistaken as explosives at first due to the fact that he had placed it into the room I was sitting in without even saying hello, merely dropping it off and absconding. After that, I had somewhat of an embarrassing meltdown, exiting the building to avoid being subject to hypothetical explosives.
Later on, Charles finally gathered the courage to actually speak to me in person like an average-ass person with social skills and handed over the package again, this time without running away. The gift turned out to be a purple kirby amiibo. I ate a slice of cake and went back to my room to resume working on None Pizza With Left Beef afterwards.
My sibling, Prince of Time River Garren, also turned 33 that day, but was not in contact with the memo on that day for unknown reasons, reportedly busy questing on the Land of Holes and Numbers with Mage of Life Blaze.
Elegy For the Wicked
On the 17th was the 7th anniversary of the death of timespace adversary Chronos, who had fallen in battle against the players of the SBARGv2 session. Reportedly, this year Heir of Time Rise Emit and their sister Brae Emit went on a trip to a memorial site located somewhere on Starter Planet. It is assumed that they went there because of their familial connection to the late session enemy.
They spent all day out there and returned to Autumnal in the evening.
Construction 2x combob
Lately there has been more construction projects than usual, as the renovations on Autumnal continue onwards. Apparently the upgrades are likely due to be finished next week.
On Desertia, there have been drafted plans for a great deal of heavy construction to be performed by the Desertian Worker's Union. Reportedly it will contain a massive covered area known as the pyradome, and will have a rather large festive tree installed at some point. So far the foundation is still being dug out for, and may take quite a while longer to be finished. Further details remain to be investigated.
Wow, actually written within a decent amount of time this week! Things must be really slow for it to be that easy to write for! At least it helps me focus on Left Beef for now.
