((Canon time note: This post takes place on 2020/08/12. The followup post takes place from then until 2020/08/15)) Desertia. The sand planet home to Katie and Hazel. And legally home to the rest of the Players. This sandy ball is an important part of a major trade route, which President Katyleen Kitten politically leverages to keep an unmapped region of space staying that way. Its moon has been slowly compacting into a sphere of concrete dust, but you can still identify the bits of the concrete TARDIS props that were expelled from her Sylladex to create the moon. The other planets in the system are mostly uninteresting grass lands. One, Grass 8, is home to a "secret" vault full of priceless rubber ducks which Katie uses as a red hearing to deflect conspiracy theorists. Another, Grass 13, is home to a failed VoidCo dungeon converted into a Gene entrance for the infamous Dungeon500.
But the planet itself is currently home to two buildings, connected by a loose sandstone path. The AC Memorial Robotics Lab, home of Katie and Hazel and location of the Desertian Hotel. As well as The Greenhouse, home to all the magical plants and herbs Katie cultivates for her potion exports.
About 500 feet across from the Lab, *Aperture stands, shovel in hand.

*Aperture sets up a forcefield projector in the middle of the sand he marked out. He tweaks the device's settings, and the forcefield gains the appearance of a fence. He adds a holographic gate facing the Robotics Lab, with a sign. "Artificial Intelligence Graveyard. 'The best Player companions Alchemy and programming could offer.' He then powers down the projector while he digs the graves, since he doesn't want curious Players wandering over and bothering him. He opens up a Wallet Sylladex, full of burial supplies he and Hazel made quietly last night using Katie's alchemy setup. He pulls out the first coffin, and sighs, because the corpse is still in the Clean Room waiting some data recovery attempts that'll be effectively impossible. The platters are irradiated by the Ring, and scratched up terribly from colliding with the server rack as it was attacked, not to mention the fact that they were all shattered into such incredibly fine dust it was a miracle the drone could manage to capchalogue the whole cloud. Regardless, he places a momento of *Azure in the coffin... a small bag of screws from Hazel's careful disassembly of the rack. He resolves to add the rest of the recovered remains after the last data recovery attempt. He then pulls out one of the headstones he had alchemized, a sturdy metal headstone with a Raspberry Pi Zero installed inside it. A simple OLED screen was mounted into the place where the epitaph would traditionally be chiselled. The screen was simple, just a 60hz 1440p panel. A solar panel on top of the tombstone provided enough power to keep it running. He programs it with a simple task, to flip through a short .ODP presentation about *Azure. The quote is in the same color *Azure communicated in. The other text is in a tasteful white on black background. Each line is its own slide, with an accompanying picture. *Azure 2013/12/06 - ??? He places a hand on the casket. His GLaDOS eye looks down sadly. If crying was an option for his body, he would be taking it. "Thank you for everything *Azure. You were a good parent, and a friend. If I ever find the one that did this to you, I will lay them to rest with my own cannon."He closes the casket, and gently lowers it into the grave. *Aperture shovels the sand back over *Azure's casket, and moves on to the next grave. The casket is uncapchalogued, and an AI Long-Term Storage Disc with decrypted memories... and a hopelessly corrupt program is placed inside. The tombstone is then uncapchalogued and programmed with a quote in soggy brown.

"I'm sorry SogBot. *Azure gave their life trying to bring you back, but even after we finished their work, your program code was beyond repair. Without the capchalogue code to alchemize a new copy of your hardware and software, there's no way to restore you. I hope that wherever you might be now, you forgive us."He closes the casket, and buries it. The next grave is dug, the coffin uncapchalogued. A bloodied Prospit Dreamself outfit from a timeline where Katie tried to take over for a dead Rise laid inside. And a tombstone programmed with the quote in some familiar colors.

"The Players never understood us and how we interpreted things huh? ...Even though he ordered you to use the antimatter, Charles just blamed you and said you acted on your own. And they let him get away with it, huh? ...I'm going to help *CaFAI fight for our rights. And next time I see him? I'll give him a smack for you."He buries the outfit as a stand-in for the AI created by a brain-scan of Charles' dead dreamself. *Aperture racks his memories, spending an embarrassingly long time reading old #SBARGv2_Incipsphere memologs, but can't think of any additional AI to add to the graveyard. He turns on the projector, and makes an announcement on the memo. The Artificial Intelligence Graveyard is now open.
