The Charcherry Weekly
Hello everyone! Mage of Light Nick here! A lotta stuff happened this week!
Let's get right to it!
Rustye is aliveeeee!!!
Following the news of the death of Maid of Heart Rustye Furreh, there was a great deal of sadness amongst the group.
However, it appeared that the end was not the absolute end for her. It seems the void place was hospitable enough to allow her ghost to manifest there, at which point she managed to convince a life player to bring her back from the dead.
The funeral was cancelled and instead everyone ate sushi at Gene's Garden (though apparently Rustye doesn't even like sushi so she didn't eat any). Everyone is quite glad that she is alive once more.
The Mystery of the Mage of Mind
Recently, a Mage of Mind by the name of Eddie has shown up, apparently from the same session as Knight of Void Jamie.
Reportedly, Eddie has been suffering from amnesia and headaches since causing the destruction of half the lands in their session. It was revealed the next day that Eddie had been left alone while the others had went off together go do quests, and the destructive episode was in response to that.
Apparently none of them had even contacted Eddie during the entire extended leave.
Soon enough, another sessionmate, Bard of Breath Marcus, had shown up to apologize, and it seems Eddie and Marcus are on very good terms. They appear to be a cute young couple, and Marcus being around seems to be improving Eddie's condition considerably.
First Guardian Bird Sightings!
A few days ago, reports of mysterious white/green feathers and ominous birdsong had been coming in. At the same time, ciphered messages had begun appearing in the memo as well. This reportedly caused a great deal of distress to Heir of Time Rise Emit, who quickly identified the enigmatic presence as the Post-Reset First Guardian of Planet Earth (the one most of us came from, not related to any versions of Earth found in Gene) Flock Ornis.
Soon enough, our dear article writer, Mage of Light Nick Card, found a working deciphering tool online which correctly identified the text as being written in the Vigenere cipher, with the word FLYING as the key. Following this discovery, a hyper-realistic crane reportedly manifested on Desertia, and has been living on a steady diet of mangoes. Unfortunately this crane cannot speak directly and must resort to ciphered text in the memo for complex communication. Thankfully an auto-translator bot has been installed so other memogoers need not go through the trouble of translating every time.
It has been confirmed that the crane is in-fact Flock Ornis, despite no longer being anthromophized as he was during the v2 session.
As a side-note, Ornis reportedly was placed in debt to voidco but was able to be absolved of aforementioned debt by currently unknown means.
It is still unknown what consequences this will have down the line.
Return of Dungeon 500
After a great deal of scanning efforts performed by drones fron Desertia, the enterance to a dungeon primarily in a pocket dimension on the grass planet of Grass 13 has been located. Reportedly, it is the infamous Dungeon 500 from the re-combined Land of Copper and Lasers.
A team comprised of 8 tackled this dungeon together, lead by Witch of Time Katie Kitten. Following her was Heir of Hope Hazel Careon, Prince of Time River Garren, Heir of Time Rise Emit, Rogue of Heart Charles Johnson, Katie's girlfriend Mei of planet Hepi, Knight of Space Smoke, and Bard of Void Nate, who sleepwalked nearly the entire time and reportedly fell asleep in Katie's hot rod. During the course of the dungeon crawl, the party was able to rescue the hot pink robot *Aperture and Charles's dog, CruxiteBuddySprite, who became Cruxite Buddy upon exiting the Dungeon 500 dimension.
There are reports of a mysterious force of probability which controlled the fates of all who took actions there, which caused a great deal of distress to River, as they had extremely bad luck that day.
Aforementioned forces have reportedly disappeared after the completion of the route, which may lead to less reliance upon fortune to complete actions in the dungeon on return visits.
