On an otherwise empty beach-side, a figure with a featureless mask and wearing a black cloak has their head tilted towards the sky.
"...okay, what the heck. Is he coming or not?"
((it occurs to me that maybe I should make the thread for this, huh))

A loud motorcycle sound is heard as a light cycle breaks through time and blasts a hole behind the figure. The time cycle crashes into the sand and turns back into a baton, leaving Katyleen and a young girl in a Heir of Hope outfit lying on the beach. The hole quietly closes as they get up.
"Why are we here, Katie?"
"Gotta help someone prepare to go the wedding."

The figure turns to look at the two new arrivals, their reflection showing up slightly on the glossy surface of the mask.
"...why are there two of them?"
The figure seems to be talking to themselves, but after a moment, he sighs, and uncaptchalogues a large boat.
"come on, then, I guess."

The taller girl retrieves the baton before getting on the boat with her sister-from-another-timeline.
"So, what did you need help with, *Azure?"

The figure sighs slightly, tucking some of his blond hair back under his hood.
"Azure needs some assistance on reconstructing a certain someone's mind. He felt that you were the best example to study, due to your own experience with the Rift."
The figure starts the boat, and they rocket off across the waves.
"...he wouldn't normally need the help, but apparently there is a level of temporal interference, so he can't micromanage the entire process."

The two of them lay down on the boat and relax.
"Well, alright then. So, who are you? Is there a reason you're talking in orange or do you just like the color?"

"I can hear text colors. my implants are weird and installed in a kinda messy way."

The figure seems to be staring blankly at Katie. At least, you assume they are, but considering you can't see their eyes...

"...apparently the "alpha" version of me kinda caused the entire mess with the rift and stuff. I don't know the details really, other than what Azure lets drop. Which is, kinda a lot."
There is a pause, as he seems to be focused on something.
"Oh come on, nobody is going to die if I tell them who I am. Besides, it beats being "sooper mysterious" all the time."

"I mean, I was sleeping when the Rift happened, so, I'm cool with you Sam. Oh, you might as well put *Azure on speakerphone. My and Hazel's AIs will probably just trace the call otherwise..."

Sam seems surprised by how Katie is just shrugging it off.
"...well, okay then."
Azure finally chimes in over the speakers.
"Well excuse me if handling an audio communication is harder than just textual communication."
There is a brief pause, before they continue.
"Also, Hazel? Charles said that their name was Blaze. Then again, I guess you can't rely on voidy shit. Especially when it causes a bunch of other problems."
Sam seems to be a little uncomfortable at these statements.

Azure's sentence cuts off in the middle of his word. There a a pause, where no one says anything. Sam shuts off the engine.
"Right, we're here."
There is nothing in sight. Just water all around.
"...One moment, I'm gonna have to handle the manual controls."
Sam opens up a black portal in front of them, and steps through before it closes behind them, leaving Katie and Hazel to themselves.
Eventually though, after a minute, the water in front of the boat begins to shift, as a rounded cylindrical structure with large glass windows emerges from the water. A door on the exterior opens up, before the boat begins to move into the opening.

Eventually, the boat arrives inside, and the door closes. You can see Sam reaching to a bunch of dials off to the side, with... wait, why does he have three arms?
The section begins to descend back under the waves, allowing you to begin to see the shape of the underwater structure. There are not any sharp corners, and everything is somewhat rounded. There is a decent amount of yellow lights on the brown structure, casting a green glow partially into the water.
In short, the entire place looks like a Jak and Daxter Ripoff.
