I'm sure other people have noticed, but there's been a lot of these "Park park" flyers dumped around here. It's been an off and on nuisance in this town since like, at least last halloween. Maybe even before that.
Either way, we've been having to clean this paper waste for a while now, and imo, this is getting ridiculous.
Who are we supposed to complain to about all this paper strewn about over here?
