August 8th, 2017
The Eros Machina, being piloted by Thoren and the rig's on-board computer system, successfully makes the trip from Korous to the spaceport for Hepi. Katie takes the wheel and manages to successfully get them through space control's protocol, and issues nearly everyone a Desertia passport. Unfortunately, by the time everyone got their papers together, the customs office had already closed for the night. So the crew went back into the Eros Machina to get some sleep.
Of course, Thoren doesn't sleep. He never sleeps. Instead, he sits on top of the truck and waits patiently for the night to end.

One Week Later...
Seth and the crew have been hanging out for a while now. Katie and Mei seem to be dating now and.... everyone else is just kinda... there? It seems difficult for most of the crew members to even get around town, considering the accommodations needed.
Thoren seems to be worried about his big rig, which is still parked at the spaceport. Seth still seems to miss his girlfriend. While Katie did urge him to take action and try to spend time with her, regardless of her preoccupations, he's just not sure how to go forward with this dating thing, especially when Kat is just so busy...
What can he even do...

August 18th, 2017 Seth and Thoren are tired of waiting around. They want to leave. Tonight is the night. Seth deploys a fresh transportalizer over near Mei's house, and sets it to password protected mode. He'll post the password to it on the messageboard later. It should lead to the same warp zone basement area as the one in the back of the Eros Machina. He tests it out, inputting the password by tapping his foot on the pad to spell "RETURN" in morse code. At the end of his tapping, Seth is successfully transportalized to the basement of the Oasis Citadel.  He places signs next to a bunch of them. One leading to Mei's house on Hepi, one leading to the Eros Machina, one leading to the hangar in Charcherry, and a bunch of passworded ones that were here before. Just a short walk away, the pad leading to the big rig awaits. He takes that one and arrives just where he wants to be. However, there's something wrong. There is a particular song being blasted from the speakers, and a certain odd sensation is felt. This is not good at all. Thoren uses Seth as a waypoint to appear right next to him, before any urges can be acted upon. Thoren quickly socks Seth and then dashes to the cockpit of the rig, where Schrodinger sits, listening to his accursed cd. "TURN THAT SHIT OFF!" Thoren slams his fist into the cd player and the disc goes flying out once more. Schrodinger gives him a weird look before noticing the toppled alpha Seth not too far away. Thoren gives Schrodinger a dirty look before slipping into the driver's seat and possessing the Eros Machina. It doesn't take too long for him to launch them back out into space, onward towards new horizons. Seth is probably going to be out for the night... |
