I think so! in most versions of the stories, the spider guardian is depicted with an arm made of rare metals. (there's a really obscure one where he has a spider's arm instead, but it's not really all that popular. I think he actually ripped the arm off an actual spider in that story too. it's kinda creepy and way too bloody and I think it was meant to mirror the way Chronos ripped the arm off of the arm bearer in another story.)
They say he eventually found a woman with a leg made of wood or something (sometimes it's a leg made of logs, a leg made of legs, or sometimes even a leg made of paper). Not much was said about her though.
He's most famous for being Chronos's escort when he was escaping the blue vortex of doom when he was young. Nobody's quite sure where he went after that story, but it's said that he was granted a great fortune in return for his services.
