The Fallen Child looks at the stumps where their hands were.
"...Well then. I suppose you don't need a hand in taking me down, huh?"
The second strike hits home, slicing their head clean off.
The body falls to the floor, a red light within glowing dimly... before shattering.

With his task complete, he returns to Raine's side to defend her from whatever else may threaten her. It seems that he and FLord won't be able to help each other, let alone communicate...
He asks Raine a question.
"Raine, do you need a break from this fight? I can escort you out of here if you want. If you want to stay though, I understand."

He notices that Raine is asleep. Knowing this is definitely not the right place to be sleeping, he picks her up and begins to walk towards the front door, deeper into the dream and out of the castle.
Upon successfully leaving the battlefield, he tries to find a place to set her down. There's not much room out here with the plains of his mind no longer occupying the space.
No matter, he knows what to do.
He uses his imagination to make a bed appear. A badass queen size bed with black bed sheets and fancy spires upon the bed posts.
He gently sets her down and tucks her in.
It's probably been a while since Raine has gotten some decent sleep, what with Zwei occupying her body for so long.
He kisses her on the forehead.
"Sweet dreams, my love. I'll see you again in the morning."
As he walks away, back towards gospel castle, he takes a moment to reflect.

Solaris continues her assault on the arms, firing the lasers and tearing into another with her bare hands. The voices of her friends tickles at her mind, but the over programming of Solaris keeps Micha's mind subdued... she needs to hear them...
Ark holds tightly onto the threads, pulling at the soul deep inside Solaris.
"You just have to believe!"
His skeletal exterior wavers...
Long dark brown hair trails down his face and stubble. His piercing blue eyes stare intensely at Solaris in the sky.
Solaris' eyes narrow, scanning the area, like it was searching.
Angel calls out, "Don't Give up!"
Oberon holds tightly to Angel and Ark. "Make every second count!"

Meanwhile, Eniar pops out of the elevator, nearly falling face first into the ground.
He is never going back down that elevator again, he swears it.
Then again, he doesn't have to.
After taking a short moment calming himself down, he makes his way to the distant exit towards the void. After all, there's still a traitor that needs their punishment.
But now that an indeterminate time has passed, perhaps the clock will not pass the judgment they deserve. But he has a plan for that.
A special little vial containing a vile little disease. It won't kill them, but it will make them wish for death.
And he'll make sure they never gain that privelege.
He starts laughing to himself from imagining that scenario.

Thoren waits by the front door of the castle for Nora to read his message. Will she even check it in the middle of the fight?
With that, he gets an idea! He can use the core to connect to her!
He hopes this isn't considered cheating.
Well, he'll cut off the connection after it's completed its purpose, and it's being used for combat purposes only.
Thoren focuses on the core and tries to reach out to Nora...
Hey Nora! I've got a device that would be a valuable asset for you. I'd like to give it to you.

Azure switches up his attack, generating an intangible ball, fixed around the scourges head, preventing them from seeing. They command what left over nanites might be in the room to charge at the Scourge.
Meanwhile, a connection is made, but not with Nora.
"Thoren? Oh god, please get me out of this tube. I can't move. I can't. move. And I keep hearing screeching. Its... weird. kinda sounds like... singing. If you were completely tone deaf, that is."

The "real" Katie breaks off from the group, letting the rest attack the Light hand. They've probably got it under control. She flies up in front of Solaris, yelling in the face of her changed girlfriend.

Nora opens her eyes, the arm weak enough for her to walk away from. The lightning coming to a fizzle as she heads towards Thoren. "Alright, I'm ready." She says, holding her hand out.

Thoren opens his eyes upon hearing Nora's voice.
"...You're here. Here's the battery. Be careful with it as if it were a man's heart."
Thoren uncaptchas Charles's battery and delicately hands it to Nora. Before letting go of it, Thoren makes sure that he still has limited lines of communication between Charles and Nora.
"I trust you will put it to good use."

Nora takes the battery, thanking Thoren. She feels the energy crackling in it. Nora smiles as she draws power from the battery. This, combined with the energy she gathered from the hand, resulted in a massive amount of Blood power stored in Nora.
Energy was crackling around Nora now. It was like you could cut the energy coming from her with a knife it was so thick. But it didn't stop there.
Wings of blood sprouted from Nora's back, as if to signify her own power. "I grow tired of your game."
And though it seemed as if Nora was going to attack the Heir, she didn't. With all of her power, strings of blood started shooting out in different directions. They impacted and connected to everyone in the room, all except for the Heir. Raw power coursed through the connections, providing a seemingly limitless amount of power, even if temporary. Though it wasn't really limitless, most people in the room hadn't experienced this great a cache of energy.
When a bloodied cord struck Micha, Nora didn't just pull on Micha. She pulled and yanked on their connection. The blood was only a physical representation of their connection. She didn't speak to Micha, but the pulling was intended to be a clear sign that Nora was there. For no one else could pull like that.
Nora pointed at The Scourge and she gave him an emphatic thumbs down.
"I call checkmate."
