A girl appears, floating in the meteor's ruins. Her face is caked with sand, trails run down from her eyes... obviously she was crying. Her Witch of Time outfit was caked in the same sand. She used her time powers to stabilize herself in the current timeframe to prevent her from being affected by any time distortions. She flew up to where keK was frozen in time and pulled on him to try and "thaw" him out.

The girl successfully pulls the Kekkadile off of the column, and starts looking for Smoke, intending to pass consort-sitting duties off to the Knight of Space. She doesn't trust the Kekkadile to not get itself stuck again once she leaves to set up the transmitter.

Smoke is floating around between the area of Sonic 06 and the Meteor. It's honestly a spectacle to watch, but also saddening. He keeps his eye out for anyone he knows.

Upon spotting him, Katyleen flew up to Smoke and attempted to hand him the Kekkadile.
"Can you hold onto him for me? He likes to try and attack things and get himself killed. I have to go run an errand."

Meanwhile, in the background, meteor fragments start to fall. Most sink below the waves, but the alchemy station lands on the island through random chance.

The rewardificator, being fairly close to the alchemy station, completely breaks upon landing, setting off the alarm. However, voidco's forces are unable to currently enter the area due to the temporal freeze.
Hundreds of random objects in captchalogue cards are scattered everywhere amongst the broken glass, ripe for the taking.

Nil is startled by the voice and sits up. He looks around for the source of the voice. All he can really see around him is the dropped off mess from the hideout wreckage.
"...who's there!?"
He doesn't seem to believe that it was a voice from his null crystals. It seems far too... mystical? Something like that couldn't possibly be so close to a pile of artifacts which tend to get rid of things like that, right?

They hum ominously...
