Thoren steps the fuck away from the girl. Is there any way to calm her down? And what kind of alias is "shade" anyways? Alpha Seth seems to be getting tired on his end. his presence seems to be getting closer. Thoren doesn't think now is a good time for him to show up over here again, but it seems there's not much that can 've done about it.
A figure of light appears right next to Thoren and takes form, similar to the others of the crowd but wearing a red longsleeve and black baggy jeans, not to mention his dark eyes are fully visible.
Alpha Seth has arrived, right in front of a terrified girl.
Still dazed from the transition, Seth stands there while trying to gather his bearings. Thoren, worried about his safety, picks him up and carries him elsewhere.
"THIS IS NOT THE BEST TIME FOR YOU TO BE DROPPING BY!"
"Where the fuck are you taking me?!"
"ANYWHERE BUT IN HER RANGE!"
He then attempts to fly up where neither of them can get hit by her mace, with Seth in tow. He jumps up and anticipates the air to catch him.

His ability to fly is not stopped.
The girl is startled with the sudden appearance that she trips backwards and falls on her back, the mace clattering on the floor with a metal sound.
'O-oh dear...How did she get in here...? Usually they all arrive in the Spring.' Ribbon places Chestnut down and heads toward the girl, making sure that she's alright. The girl seems to be hyperventilating.
'Don't worry...shhh...It's going to be okay...' Ribbon pats her back for a bit, but stops, with a worried look on her face.
Her hands are red.

Meanwhile, Thoren and Seth are flying.
"WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON HERE?!" Seth struggles with his arms flailing while Thoren lands them on a small out of the way platform of some sort. He tries to send some sort of unspoken message of concern, but Seth is far too panicked to listen.
Thoren sets Seth down onto the platform.
"I tried telling you not to show up at that point. Do you see that girl down there with the mace?" He points down at the dazed girl on the ground below, currently not holding a mace. "Well, do you think I was gonna just let her attack you?"
After a moment to gather his wits, Seth takes a look carefully at the girl, trying to access the situation.
She doesn't seem like a threat at all.
"...seriously? you yanked me from down there because of that?" He looks back over at Thoren.
Thoren takes another look. "...She was a lot more threatening when she wasn't toppled over."
Seth instantly changes his outfit to his matching time heir pajamas and flies back down. Thoren follows soon after. They land softly on their feet.
The crowd of seths stand in silent awe. Rudolph even looks up from watching music videos on youtube.
Seth stands a few meters away, holding no weapon, with a calm, confident expression. He turns towards the two kats nearby to address the startled girl.
"I apologize if my entourage has stricken you with fear. We are on your side. My name is Seth, and we are here to bring peace back to this place." his wind sock wavers by a wind that isn't even there. Thoren's does the same in an identical fashion.

The mysterious girl is in tears, mumbling words of confusion.
'She's not doing well...' Ribbon's voice is a bit lower and less cheery than her usual tone.
The girl who had the mace is still in a fear-stricken panic. Her breathing is shallow, even as Ribbon tries to help her, bloodstained hands and all.
Ribbon frowns. 'Blood, but no wounds...She's recalling something bad...Judging by the locations, she's recalling something from the first session...Shh...don't worry...you're safe and sound here...Nobody is going to come and hurt you...'
'F-first s-session...? What...I...'
'Whatever you think might be there to hurt you isn't here. I promise...If they are here, I'll beat them up, okay? Everyone here is a friend, just like Hypnos...'
Ribbon pats the girl's head after wiping her hands, humming a little song...The girl seems to be calming down as she relaxes.

Seth keeps a comfortable distance away from the kats to avoid incident.
"Is there any way I can help? I'm not sure what exactly this 'first session' is you're referring to, but it's painful to see her in distress."
"He's right, I can feel it from him. It doesn't make much sense to me, but it's definitely there." Thoren backs him up, trusting his direction.

'Well, I've not really experienced it myself as I'm from the second, but I have heard that the first thing they remember before everything else...Was fighting something they couldn't comprehend.'
Ribbon is trying very hard not to say exactly what that thing was, as it may scare the poor girl again.
'They sought them out to avenge their friend's death...But it was too much for them, so they had to run...But they were wounded badly...'
The girl is sobbing, but is not as panicked as she was before. She mumbles someone's name...
'F...frost..'
'Shh...I know it hurts...but you'll be alright...we're here for you...'
Eventually, the girl calms down as Ribbon helps her up. Ribbon has a perplexed face...Is this a ghost, or...?
'So...so it's...it's really all real...that game...and...and...' She's still crying.
'I'm afraid so, dear. But acknowledging it is brave...You're doing well.' Ribbon reaches into her sleeve and takes out a piece of candy; the girl takes it. 'Can you tell us the name they gave you?'
'...Ra....R...Rien...' The girl hobbles over to the mace and puts it away, then turns to everyone. 'I...I'm sorry...'

"It doesn't mean you can swing that mace everywhere though..." Thoren adds his own comment.
Seth seems to be on the verge of understanding her story. Thoren silently suggests the incomprehensible enemy could be a horrorterror, but it doesn't seem to match up. Upon hearing her alias, it seems to click. Could she be a version of Raine? Thoren reminds Seth that Rien is in fact alive. She could be Alpha Raine.
Seth remembers hearing that Raine was from the pre-reset version of their session, which would fit with the "first session" thing.
He thinks back to all that he had heard about that session from various sources. The main things he remembers being told about it was that obviously, it had been "reset", with a band of players escaping oblivion, and that nearly all of the players of the session were, at least once, killed by his father and mentor, Chronos. With that mention, even just in a thought, Thoren has yet another flashback to his death, leaving him unresponsive for a minute. Seth is beginning to get annoyed at these interruptions. Why can't he just get over it? He guesses the fatal event had traumatized him, but why? from personal experience, dying doesn't usually effect him like that.
Seth focuses back on the present situation. Probably-Raine remembering a terrible memory. What can he even do to help? She'll likely freak out more if he tries to comfort her. remembering what her trigger probably is, he snaps his fingers and his horns are no longer visible. it's not much but maybe it will help.
Thoren returns to his senses after a while and notices Seth's lack of horns. a simple trick based upon self image manipulation. very clever. Thoren at least seems to appreciate the thoughtful gesture.

Thoren turns towards Micha and complains. "Hey, what the fuck are you doing that for? This girl can't handle all your fucking disappearing act bullshit. Cut it out."
Meanwhile, Seth offers a hand to help Rien back up. He's not sure if she'll accept it, but it's at least worth a shot.

Rien hesitates for a short while before accepting his hand.
'T-thank you...Shade-I mean-Er...Um...' Her words drift off as she awkwardly realizes that this wasn't really Shade. There were some things that were...definitely different about him.
'S...sorry.'
From beyond the door, you would see Balmung lose balance for a bit before she floats off the ground. She turns towards the door and announces:
'The bubble is shifting. The Maiden of Despair must be attempting something...and we have no idea what it is.'

'You did not tell us of the planet attached to your meteor. Whatever reason you have for having it, it's in her clutches now, too...'
There's a light rumble of the ground, but it slowly stops. She speaks again.
'She is still moving it...Perhaps we might have a slight advantage, now that she's preoccupied.'

Niki remembers a thing and has a shocking realization.
"Oh crud, The Stage is on the ice planet! It was locked up by Nate last time the place was bubble-bound, but if anyone were to get in somehow..." Niki takes a scanning gaze at the crowd of seths, resting at Alpha Seth over there with Rien and Thoren. "...Let's just say these guys aren't going to like the results..."
