 Niki was walking towards the kitchen. Ever since a while ago, her hands-free glassestop could no longer display what day it was, just that it was some day after Feburary 4th, 2014. She had often blurted out that time had no meaning, but at least then she could still tell the time with whatever computer she had on hand. Also, for some odd reason pesterchum stopped working, so she couldn't even contact someone from outside.  Meanwhile, Ikin was walking away from the fridge with a handful of those candy circus peanuts. Man, it's been a while since he's had these things. They'd probably last him a little bit while busily working out the design on that skate park project. They walked straight into eachother like walking straight into a wall, getting bumped slightly and suddenly both parties were sore from the momentary collision. " ow oops um, sorry." " !wo .uoy s'ti tiaw ho-eht fo elddim eht ni ereh thgir rorrim siht tup ohw" They attempted to move to the side to let the other one pass, but they were locked in mirror sync and wound up moving in each other's way. They both stared at eachother in utter disbelief and sat down on the carpet. " ...well then." " .neht llew..." After saying that in unison the both facepalmed. They sat in silence for a couple minutes until Ikin began mouthing words that could not be heard. Niki, not having that ability, wound up being the only one to talk that time. " this, is awkward... wait, are you casting mute on yourself?" Ikin nodded and winked. " waiiit a minute, mute isn't even a spell that black mages can learn usually, right?" He shoooshed Niki and began to speak. " ?nrael nac I slleps hcihw no koobelur eht wollof ot evah I dias ohw ,yeh .selur eht wercS" She shrugged at the retort. Likely this was the most interesting thing that had happened all "day" for her, but she didn't really care. |

A few minutes passed, or at least what seemed like a few minutes. It was impossible to tell without any way to accurately gauge it.
Like how Niki would often say, "Time has no meaning out here".
"So um... did you ever have any, brothers or sisters?"
"Yeah... I had a little sister. Her name was Ekaj." Ikin's usual lazily blank look went somber.
"You did? I guess it makes sense. I had a little brother."
"I'll, never forgive those horrorterrors for what they did to her..."
Ikin clenched his fist as he looked off at a focused nowhere in particular.
"...wait a minute, the horrorterrors got her?" Niki blinked in confusion
"...yeah. Just like they got everyone else in the session. They... made her explode."
He closed his eyes, pensive in his anger.
Niki gasped, wide eyed in shock. "Explode? I'm sorry..."
A moment passed before Ikin began speaking once more.
"She... didn't deserve it at all. She was the sweetest little girl and the best sister I could ever ask for... and they took her away from me."
Niki reached over and put a hand on Ikin's shoulder. Surprisingly, she didn't get mirror blocked.
"Ikin, I know what it's like to lose a younger sibling. I lost my brother during the session too. You're not alone."
He looked over at Niki. The warmth of her hand calmed him down slightly. He opened his eyes again.
"You know... she's most of the reason I joined the Found Queens in the first place. I wanted to avenge her and make the horrorterrors pay. I was never really as serious about taking action as the others though."
Niki quietly listened as he continued, as she often did. She withdrew her hand back into her lap.
"I never really did all that much on the other meteor... I wasted my time bothering everyone while they pulled all the weight."
"And yet... by some twist of fate... I seem to be the only one left to tell the tale. It's weird how it works like that I guess."
Ikin stared off into nothing for a long while before Niki interrupted his reverie.
"Um, mind if I ask... but, if you didn't do anything, then why did your death stick when the meteor was attacked?"
He stayed quiet for a moment before answering.
"I was... protecting a secret. A secret that, he could not know."
Niki almost opened her mouth to ask something before he interrupted.
"and before you ask, hell no I'm not telling you that secret. I took that secret to my grave and there's no way I'm digging it out for your curiosity."

As the group rests on the meteor, a sudden buzzing sound fills the rooms, before an image is burned into everyone's heads.  The buzzing soon fades, but the image persists enough for someone to accurately recreate the symbols if needed. |

Patrick suddenly startles, looking up from his internal monologuing in SBARGv2_Incipisphere. His helmet decoding the signal effortlessly, saving it for later viewing.
"What in the name of SONIC THE HEDGEHOG 2006 was that!"

While Niki and Ikin were freaking out over the sudden confusing mental image suddenly presented to them, a pink glowing specter floated out of the telephone portal upstairs. It was in fact, Nightmare Nate, wearing a yellow drum with a lightning pattern down the side. He twirled around the drumsticks in thought. "♥ Why didn't I think of this plan before? If he can't gather all the instruments, he'll never be able to leave, and Koholint will be safe."Elated with his successful heist, he decided to play a sick drum solo on his new Thunder Drum.  Boom! Boom! Boom! The floor shook with each pound upon the drum! They sure don't call it the thunder drum for nothing. A solid minute of drum soloing with the magic drum was enough to put time back into proper motion within the area. The sound of magic. Then an earthquake. A sudden start as the feeling of an elevator going down goes a hundredfold....as if the entire meteor itself was falling.
Suddenly, a jolt...The quake continues for a while.
Soon after, it stops. Everything is a mess, but at least it's not underwater.
If anyone were to go outside, they would be greeted by the strange shade of foliage, as the meteor itself seems to be wrapped with rose vines.
Aside from a few contact points that keep the meteor from plummeting, the distance between the layer of vines and the meteor itself is about 50 feet or more.
A few large gaps leak out light from the outside, as some sort of purple lightning disperses.

Raine walks down to the hideout, somehow bypassing any locks, if any. She didn't have time for that. She didn't care at this point.
She looks to the spectacle before her and lets out a brief, silent chuckle.
'What a mess...'

Micha stares at Raine. Just like, FULL ON STARE. It goes from something like shock to DAGGERS to Oogle. She rubs her eyes and squints, looking at Raine again. "..........You're..." She could barely even finish her thoughts or words.

Niki peers from behind the couch, looking towards the entrance to the main room.
"...Raine? Is that you? what just happened?"
Ikin is sprawled out, laying on the ceiling nearby, upside-down. How he is sticking to it is a mystery.

A question. Ah ,yes. She had to try to act like a different version of herself.
Not really that different...but it was far off from what she usually was.
'I...I saw the meteor, so I swam here and...Some weird purple lightning popped out of nowhere and attacked the meteor...It broke that chain thing...'
She had a pretty convincing expression of concern. Not to mention she was still kind of damp from the tiny swim.
If one were to be more observant, aside from the rose in her hair, her eyes seemed to look more...tired than usual. She seemed to look like she was squinting constantly.
'The weird plants that was under the meteor suddenly started growing out of control...I think it saved you guys somehow. Now it's the only thing keeping the meteor afloat and connected to that snowy planet...'
She then looked towards Ikin.
'W....Who the fuck is that...?'

Micha's light halo appears and ticks behind her head, rotating slowly like a clock hand. She takes another good look at Raine. "Freaky..." She shakes her head. "That's Ikin. So..... wow hey. It's been a while since... well any of us saw you. We've been trying to figure out how to break you out for a long time and now... boom. here."

Ikin drops from the ceiling, and onto the floor.

He gives a thumbs up while still prone on the ground, face obscured by his massive floppy yellow hat.
