This is a thread to aggregate all of the puzzle information, so it isn't lost in Skype or Memo logs. The Christmas Jinglorian ConnectionSo, let's start with the progress we've made on the current one (source PW and TT): paramountwaterloo.tumblr.com/post/107057586319/images-grouped-by-tt-text-translated-by-pwAlong with the code associated with each section, (In the order of 1 2 3 4 5 6 ) 1. lockthedoor
2. deferearlymeeting 3. changeofheart 4. hecannotknow 5. untilheisready 6. deliverpumpkin So for this puzzle, we need to figure out the order these go in to connect the v2 and lostpawn blogs. It seems like the only obvious thing is that 4 and 5 go together. (Note to future self: Don't assume with puzzles unless you have PERFECT infomation)

PUZZLE SOLVED!!!! 10 friendcoins to FL, WE, TT, 15 friendcoins to ST and Noodles (if I missed any puzzlesolvers please tell me) EDIT: 10 friendcoins to RS as well, not any higher because he withheld information for quite a while and only kinda collaborated at the last moment.
Do note that just because the puzzle is solved that the thing is over though. Examine your clues and read their instructions.

Part 2 of the thing is solved! 4 friendcoins to FL, ST, Noodles, and RS. (another reminder that I'm not sure if I got all the solvers for part 2 here) That is pretty much all of the thing in terms of actual puzzlesolving. The rest is gonna be RP-based so no need to worry about impossible riddles.

Alright, FLmun has posted a puzzle of some sort. I'm gonna be working on the most recent puzzle post, using his hints "something something sound file" "try NOT to look at it normally." "*FLMUN is the Prince of Puns*" most recent oneªŒ–‘˜ßž‘‹—šßœ‘‘šœ‹–‘Óߊ‹ß¶ßŒ‹–““ߌšš’ß‹ßšß’šŒŒš›ßŠÑ

Anyways, to business now. {Probably the solve method}There was a mention of a hex edit needed to be done, and that NOT pun seems to indicate a NOT operation. So that probably means the text should be converted to a format that allows for a NOT operation to be performed easily, and then convert it back to text. So, here's the text unedited, again: ªŒ–‘˜ßž‘‹—šßœ‘‘šœ‹–‘Óߊ‹ß¶ßŒ‹–““ߌšš’ß‹ßšß’šŒŒš›ßŠÑ {probably solving action} using this tool, I converted the text to other formatshere it is in hex aa 8c 96 91 98 df 9e 91 90 8b 97 9a 8d df 9c 90 91 91 9a 9c 8b 96 90 91 d3 df 9d 8a 8b df b6 df 8c 8b 96 93 93 df 8c 9a 9a 92 df 8b 90 df 9d 9a df 92 9a 8c 8c 9a 9b df 8a 8f d1 and here it is in binary. 10101010 10001100 10010110 10010001 10011000 11011111 10011110 10010001 10010000 10001011 10010111 10011010 10001101 11011111 10011100 10010000 10010001 10010001 10011010 10011100 10001011 10010110 10010000 10010001 11010011 11011111 10011101 10001010 10001011 11011111 10110110 11011111 10001100 10001011 10010110 10010011 10010011 11011111 10001100 10011010 10011010 10010010 11011111 10001011 10010000 11011111 10011101 10011010 11011111 10010010 10011010 10001100 10001100 10011010 10011011 11011111 10001010 10001111 11010001 now I need to find a a thing to perform an OR operation to it still.

okay, back from the depths of puzzlesolving land with some progress: {actual work}Turns out I was supposed to invert, not try to do an OR operation without anything else to work it against. So, I went on a quest to find a hexidecimal inverter tool online because I'm lazy and the closest thing I could find was a hex color inverter. thankfully, those work just fine, and can invert 3 hex numbers at once. Here's what I got so far:
aa 8c 96 91 98 df 9e 91 90 8b 97 9a 8d df 9c 90 91 91 9a 9c 8b 96 90 91 d3 df 9d 8a 8b df b6 df 8c 8b 96 93 93 df 8c 9a 9a 92 df 8b 90 df 9d 9a df 92 9a 8c 8c 9a 9b df 8a 8f d1 --------------------- 55 73 69 6e 67 20 61 6E 6F 74 68 65 72 20 63 6F 6E 6E 65
As you can see, I have a lot to work on. If you guys are interested in taking a crack at the grinding, look up a hex color inverter and start inverting those hexes.

Oh yeah! I got this! {stuff happening!}
aa 8c 96 91 98 df 9e 91 90 8b 97 9a 8d df 9c 90 91 91 9a 9c 8b 96 90 91 d3 df 9d 8a 8b df b6 df 8c 8b 96 93 93 df 8c 9a 9a 92 df 8b 90 df 9d 9a df 92 9a 8c 8c 9a 9b df 8a 8f d1 --------------------- 55 73 69 6e 67 20 61 6E 6F 74 68 65 72 20 63 6F 6E 6E 65 63 74 69 6f 6e 2c 20 62 75 74 20 49 20 73 74 96 6c 6c 20 73 65 65 6d 20 74 6f 20 62 65 20 6d 65 73 73 65 64 20 75 70 2e I sat down and converted the rest, with the help of a lookup table that I wrote down from a thing. I think I've actually started memorizing some of the conversions @ _@ {hex to text converted message!!!} Using another connection, but I stll seem to be messed up. aaaaaaand, this message is just a message, which means later on we're probably gonna have to keep a look up table on hand for more messages. @ _@

alright, so I made an inverter tool and this is what I got: {I really need to fix these spoiler tags...} text: ¶ß‹—–‘”ß‹—šß—‹šŒßžšßœŠ‹–‘˜ß’†ß’šŒŒž˜šŒÑòõòõÑÑÑ›ž‘˜ß–‹Óß‹—–Œßœ‘‘šœ‹–‘ß–ŒßŒ“ˆßž‘›ß”ššŒß› converted to hex: B6DF2039201420132018201DDF20392014161DF2014908D8D908D20391618D8D908D152DF17E8D161DF153908D8D1608F2039201320182DCDF20192020DF201916115215217E2DC161152D1F2F5F2F5D1D1D1203A17E20182DCDF20132039D3DF203920142013152DF153902018201816115320392013902018DF2013152DF152201C902C6DF17E2018203ADF201D1611618F152DF203A output: 4920DFC6DFEBDFECDFE7DFE220DFC6DFEBE9E20DFEB6F72726F72DFC6E9E72726F72EAD20E8172E9E20EAC6F7272E9F70DFC6DFECDFE7D2320DFE6DFDF20DFE6E9EEADEADE81D23E9EEAD2E0D0A0D0A2E2E2EDFC5E81DFE7D2320DFECDFC62C20DFC6DFEBDFECEAD20EAC6FDFE7DFE7E9EEACDFC6DFEC6FDFE720DFECEAD20EADDFE36FD3920E81DFE7DFC520DFE2E9EE9E70EAD20DFC5 result when converted back to text (result broke the spoiler tag): pastebin.com/Ctkm5Vw0I'm assuming either I did it wrong or there is another layer of encryption here.

Most characters should be equal to AND 0x80, as most used ascii characters range from 0x20 to 0x7F, as those below 0x20 are control characters, and those above 0x7F are... rather in flux, depending on the encoding used. Considering that the encoding is Windows-1252, the issue of the... extra control characters causes a few characters to end up becoming invisible.
Let it be said that I will never be going above 0x7F with the corruption again, as it causes too much of an issue for solving.
