Jovin would arrive home late at night, Samm with him, hoping to head straight to bed, and not encounter the rest of the family
Thomas would be training in one of the rooms, worried as all hell, The twins in the living room, tuckered out from worrying and searching the ship.

Brennan would have kept the family sane and stuff.
Samm is willing to do whatever to keep him comfortable. And while he sleeps, she stays curled up with him and keeps chatting via mind/computer link

Jovin would be glad for her company, sleeping soundly but keeping close to her in his sleep, grumbling a few times in his sleep from unpleasent dreams...

For a shortwhile, samm had thoren over for company, and it sounded like a thunderstorm outside. It wasnt long though she she was back inside, comforting him in his sleep, and yawning.

Jovin would sleep deeply, still bothered by bad dreams and not aware of her meeting, only waking up the next day suddenly, nearlying bolting of bed before he can get a grip on himself.
Thomas and the twins would have questions, of course, once they are fully awake.

Samm would have slept hugging around him, obviously jolted awake when he does.
Brennan will poke Jo with questions for the time that samm and jovin are still in bed.

Jovin would be wide eyed, eyes darting from side to side before calming down. "S-Sorry... Bad Memory Dream Nightmare... You sleep okay?" He asks, holding her close, needfully, breathing a bit quickly.
Jo would try to answer as best as he could, not downplaying it, actually serious.

Brennan listens carefully, quietly owrried and asks how Samm is handling it.
Samm lets him hold her as much as he needs. "I slept fine...you...seemed to be having ahard time of it though..." She nuzzles into him "want to talk about it?"

Jo sighs, saying that shes handling it kinda okay, not mentioning the bargaining her life part... yet.
Jovin sighs, calming down slightly. "Just... Weird mix of a talk I had with my denizen and... fears I have had. Losing you and such..." He grumbles.

Brennan quietly nods, talking to the siblings about it some, and making the meals. He also asked a couple questions about Jo's meditation since that was a thing he was trying to do, and it was noticable.
"..." she sighs some and pats him, giving him some kisses.

Jovin kisses back slowly. "Just... about how all things end. Even stars dies out... for an idiot, he was insightful in odd ways" He whispers sodtly between kisses.
Jo nods, Answering his questions- his meditation was... very hit and miss. That, and he felt that he needed a partner to really see effects on others. No blasts of heart energy yet.

He nods and quietly offers to be his partner sometimes to test out his ideas. Food is a simple stew over rice.
"I think denizens have to be insightful, its part oftheir role.." she keeps kissing him. "how about....we distract you..and you can tell me afterwards?"

Jo would thank Brennan, but he's worried that he might fuck up and do something bad, so he's not sure it's a bad idea, the entire family enjoying the food.
Jovin blushes even as he smiles. "A-Alright" he stutters, kissing her back...

And she is very good at distracting him, and afterwards they talk some. Once she felt that Jovin was stablized some, she spent some time in the yard doing motions. These motions: www.youtube.com/watch?v=TBvF6r6DOvcLater on, because of a conversation with Jo, came inside. For a short time, they had a mental connection going where she felt and experimented with his powers. It came to an abrupt end when she got intensely focused on the chat and an argument that went on there. After a wave of rage, Jo manages to bring samm down, turning the rage to hurt and depression. She stays quiet and stares off into nothing as everyone goes to sleep. The next morning, when everyone gets ready for breakfast, she asks jo to have the family watch overJovin for the day, as she doesnt feel like she has the strength he needs from her at that moment. |
